Training Pay
• 7-Day Fast Start Training Program
• Training pay will be $250 for the first week of training and $250 for the second
week of training
• Weekly training pay is only paid out if the entire training program is
completed
• This includes the completion of 1 ride along, a minimum of 35 knocks for
each field shift.
• Failure to complete all assignments as directed (training classes, sales
meetings, knock times) will result in loss of training pay.
• Fast Track
• Sales made within the first 2 weeks of employment and installed by the first
Saturday of that week will be paid out next Friday on your first paychecks.
