1. A and An are articles.

We use them (a/an) with singular nouns such as one person, one thing
or one animal.

We use a with words starting with a consonant sound (b, c, d, f, g, ...).

Example:
I have a bag

We use an with words starting with a vowel sound (a, i, u, e, o,).

Example:
This is an ant.

2. The is also an article.
The is used to refer to specific or particular nouns.

We use the with singular and plural nouns when the noun is specific or
particular. This is the bag that is

Example: on table. They are the ten

-There is a bag on table. The bag is black. tables that are in the

classroom.
-There are ten tables in the classroom. The tables are still new.
