What Fundamental Analysis Tells You
Every currency represents a country’s economy-for example:
● USD = United States
● GBP = United Kingdom
● EUR = European Union
● JPY = Japan
If a country’s economy is strong, its currency usually appreciates
(goes up).If the economy is weak, the currency depreciates (goes
down).
So, fundamental traders look at economic data and news
releases to predict how a currency might move in the future.
FUNDAMENTALS & NEWS TRADING
CPI ( CONSUMER PRICE INDEX ) :
1.HEALTHY INFLATION: - 3 TO 4 % BELOW THAT IF
INFLATION GOES FROM 0.5% TO 0.6% THEN THAT IS GOOD
FOR US.
2. IT USUALLY INDICATED THE INCREASE IN PRICE OF
GOODS & SERVICES.
