The library receives various inquiries regarding available
resources through email and Messenger, primarily from
students and faculty members. A significant portion of
these inquiries pertains to the clearance process, as
patrons are required to upload their manuscript along
with the author’s consent before clearance can be
granted. Although the library currently lacks a formal
record of the volume and total number of inquiries
received, every effort is made to ensure that each query
is addressed thoroughly, providing responses that best
meet the users' needs.
