The Campus Budget Officer regularly conducts
meetings, training sessions, and workshops focused on
financial budgeting, with a particular emphasis on the
components of the PPMP (Project Procurement
Management Plan). These sessions are aimed at
providing a deeper understanding of the financial
stability of each office for the fiscal year. The librarian
attended and received a certificate for participation in the
relevant activities. In the following year, the library staff
was encouraged to attend the event in order to gain
experience and insights into the financial turnaround
process, particularly with regard to the library’s budget
management.
