More people are getting health-conscious these days. Doing physical activities
regularly is one important thing to consider aside from having nutritious diet. Tell me
about your exercise routine.
Answer A:
When I had my general checkup, not only did I learn that I wasn’t going to die soon, but also that
I gained 15 pounds and my waist had ballooned three sizes. You see, I do every kind of diet.
I’ve replaced carbonated and caffeine drinks with power water. I drink Chinese herbs and teas,
which are supposed to eliminate all the fat from my body. I never take anything after six o’clock
in the evening, and save for the vitamins that promise a more youthful glow. However, I admit I do
lack in exercise. I do not have the time to sweat it out. Thus, when I heard the dreadful news, I
started to give time for it. I walk five kilometers to the park on weekends. I do Pilates, which I find
really enjoyable when doing it with my favorite hip music on the background. I do jumping jacks,
sit-ups, and push-ups - all before I do my homework. I squeezed in some time for exercising. I
had to sacrifice the time going online or watching TV. However, it was all worth it, now with my
body ten pounds lighter and my waist a little slimmer.
