Habits
In psychology, habit is a behavior pattern ac-
quired by frequent repetition or physiological
exposure that shows itself in regularity or in-
creased facility of performance. A habit can be
a part of any activity, ranging from eating and
sleeping to thinking and reacting. However,
every individual carries good and bad habits.
Therefore, it is one’s responsibility to keep the
good habits and to reduce the bad habits.
