Since you heard a rumor about one of your colleagues,

you cannot work with her comfortably.

I suggest that you clear the rumor. Invite your colleague

for a dinner or a time to talk away from your office.

Tell her about the rumor and then you will know if the rumor

is true or not.

You will have time to hear her side and then if everything is

clear, you can focus on working with her again.
