For a couple of months now to be offered to you, but on the

other hand, there's another company offering you a higher

position

This makes you confused.

You should always think about your passion for your job.

If you really like what you are doing, there's no need to

accept the offer being given by the other company.

Always think about the things you will still be learning;

it's hard to find a job that you really like these days, and

salary should be the second of your reasons for staying in

a job.
