Your co-worker is always late, and you have been covering

for her because she is nice to you.

You want to do something about the problem before it

becomes worse.

I suggest that you talk to your co-worker first and tell her

how you feel.

Maybe she is not aware of what you have been doing for

her.

If still she doesn't change, then that's the time that you

should talk to your boss about it
