Think about everything you ate today. What nutrients are
missing? What should you eat more of today and why?
Example I ate some bread and drank some milk for breakfast. I had fruit
salad and orange juice for lunch. I think I should have meatballs
for dinner because I didn’t eat any fats today.
Your Own I ate cereal and fruit for breakfast. I had milk with my
cereal. I had a salad with some tomatoes for lunch. I
think I should have fish for dinner because I didn’t have
enough protein today.
