Connect Your Ideas

You decide to join a volunteer organization. What kind of group do you

want to join? Why do you want to do that kind of volunteer work?

Example I want to join a volunteer organization that helps animals. I like

animals a lot, so I want to help them by volunteering at an

animal shelter. I can give animals food and take them for walks.

Then, they won’t be so lonely.

Your Own I want to join a volunteer organization that helps the

elderly. So many elderly people are all alone, so I want

to volunteer at a nursing home. I can help the nurses

take care of the elderly, and I can also talk to the

elderly and be friends with them.
