Create a Finished Copy. Make a final copy of your essay. You may want to include
photos or illustrations. Consider these options for sharing your essay:
1 Share your essay with another class as you display photos or drawings of the
animals you discuss. Practice reading your essay accurately beforehand,
noticing when you mispronounce a word and stopping to correct yourself.
Be prepared to answer questions and respond to comments.
2 Get together with several classmates for a panel discussion about what humans
can learn from animals. After you share your essays with the class or a small
group, discuss ideas from the essays that are similar.
3 With guidance from your teacher, post your essay online to a science blog or
web site for students.
