I prefer changing some companies' way of qualifying

their applicants based on where they studied.

All should be given an equal opportunity by giving them

different sets of exams on what they can do and can

contribute to the company.

If this changes, a lot of fresh graduates will have a

better future not worrying about failing because of their

university's names.
