We train
Proficient in using office software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs,
Sheets, Slides.
Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW,
etc.
Effective use and exploitation of the internet.
Installation and maintenance of network systems: Including installation and configuration of
network hardware and software, firewalls, routers, switches, proxies, servers, deployment of
security solutions, deployment of web applications, configuration of email, DNS, etc.
Network monitoring and management, network troubleshooting, network security assurance.
User interaction and support: Including technical support for users, answering questions, and
training on network system usage.
