Shop
The shop was moved to the
South Transept in May 2020 and remained there throughout 2021.
As mentioned above, the Cathedral was closed for visiting until May 2021, visitor numbers remained much reduced until international travel into Ireland resumed in late July 2021. When visitor numbers increased, so too did the volume of sales in the shop. Raymond Scullion who coordinates the retail offering in the Cathedral built and on-line shop during level 5 restrictions.
