Menanyakan tentang petunjuk arah tidak saja dilakukan ketika tersesat di suatu tempat, tetapi juga
ketika kamu berkunjung seolah seperti wisatawan yang baru saja datang pertama kali ke lokasi,
atau menjadi warga yang baru saja pindah ke tempat baru yang sebelumnya tak begitu ia kenal.
Apabila semua hal tersebut terjadi, tindakan pasti yang akan kamu lakukan adalah bertanya tentang
petunjuk arah suatu lokasi yang menjadi tujuan. Dalam bahasa Inggris, kegiatan menanyakan
tentang petunjuk arah disebut dengan istilah “Direction.” Direction, atau asking for direction
adalah sebuah tindakan dimana seseorang bertanya tentang petunjuk tempat, letak dengan pasti
tempat yang akan ia tuju.

public places along this street. The park is in the corner, near the library. There is a bank across
from the police station. There is also a cinema. It is beside the bakery. At last the supermarket
itself. It is between the drugstore and the bus station.
