There was also evidence of improvement in his neurological condition (vestibular syndrome) and general improvement in the behaviour described above.
Physical examination revealed a heart rate of 68 beats/min, pulse 68 beats/min, respiratory rate 24 breaths/min, pink mucous membranes, capillary refill time of 3 seconds (he allowed it to be evaluated) and weight of 6.8 kg. There is distension and discomfort on palpation of the anterior abdominal area.

New laboratory tests showed normal leukocytosis due to neutrophilia in the haemogram and normal renal and hepatic tests, a slight inflammatory and infectious process appears in the urinary bladder, and he is still positive for Neospora canis. He was given ARSENICUM ALBUM 30 CH oral suspension; 3 drops every 6 hours (during the day), spaced according to improvement.

During the next few days Nico recovers his mood and appetite, until he is at his best. At this moment it can be said that he has recovered 100% of his digestive, hepatic and renal symptoms, and 90% of his neurological condition, as he still has a slight tilt of the head to the right side.

Is veterinary homeopathy a medicine that leads to healing of patients? Undoubtedly.
Conclusions
It is pertinent to continue researching and educating in this medical science as it has benefits for human and animal health. Unrestricted compliance with the laws of homeopathic medicine in the pursuit of healing generates significant results.
Veterinary homeopathy should be the first choice for the treatment of most pet ailments, because even as the last choice, it is able to provide excellent results and surprise even the most sceptical with its achievements in the welfare and health of pets, even with the most serious and incurable diagnoses for traditional medicine.
