Calling all poets!
The BAHVS committee have proposed an idea to create a small collection of poems that could be sold to raise funds for the campaign.
We are asking as many people as possible to send in poems to be considered. The collection will have a broad remit and it would be great to receive poems about animals, or ones about peoples’ experiences or thoughts on homeopathy or other CAM, or on the struggles that we’ve been enduring and how you’ve coped with it all or about remedies themselves. The poems can be funny, sad, thought provoking or contemplative, the choice is yours. There will even be a prize for the best one!
We know several of you write poetry and are relying on you to send in a poem or two and for those that haven’t written a poem before, why not have a go! Ilse (who has a poetry pamphlet published) is going to coordinate it all.
Please e-mail me any contributions to ilse.pedler@zen.co.uk, I’ll keep the submission window open until the end of January. There will also be a prize for the best poem!
the future.
Medicine will become integrated. Homeopathy will play an important part in this future medicine. Let’s make sure we are ready with the quality of our prescriptions and also with our ability to work together. We have to be able to participate in research. Research to help others come on board but also research to improve homeopathic prescription.
Let us make sure that we, the homeopaths, look like we will be the ones, who will shine in this cooperative integrated medicine of the future. That we can work with all for the real medicine of the future. Have a good 2019.

From Minako Kuroda (Vice President IAVH)
Heartfelt thanks to the BAHVS for welcoming the IAVH to the pages of its always informative and polished journal. We are truly grateful to be a part of this endeavor, from this point forward, as it embarks on a new phase as an on-line publication, open to the world of vet homeopathy.
I1ve been enjoying the journal for fifteen years now, and am very excited for it to become more international. All nationalities of people can learn about vet homeopathy today, and its rich history in the UK by reading past publications.
