 Neurological symptoms, with a predominance of seizures
- In Benji's case, the way renal insufficiency manifests is very different and
characteristic:
- Repertorisable symptoms:(chronic irreversible lesion case)
 Stupefaction, like drunkenness  Staring
 Groping, like in the dark
- Result: cocc, croc, hyos, op, plb, stram
- Thermal Sensitivity and Thirst
 Thirst: not taken because it is renal failure.  Hot remedies: croc, op
 Diferential diagnosis
 Crocus sativus: mood shifts: happy/sad, aggressive/laughing, regret, tears. Tendency to hemorrhage, with black clots resembling stalactites.
 Opium: profound drowsiness, without complaint. Indifference to everything. Stupefaction resembling intoxication. Insensibility. Unconsciousness following uremia.
- Prescription: Opium 30 C (single dose) + 500 c.c. from Sol. Ringer S.C.
- Follow - up
o After taking the medication, Benjie became more active. Subsequently, he slept through the night, and by morning, he was even more active and alert. As the day progressed, he returned to his usual self.
o "He doesn't cease walking, bumping into everything, beginning to sit up, showing greater attentiveness, and feeling more connected to the environment."
o Prescription: Opium 30 C, 7 drops every 4 hours. (Hydration to be continued in the same manner)
