2. Kewajiban bela negara diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945.
Pasal 27 Ayat (3) UUD NRI Tahun 1945 menyatakan bahwa
setiap warga negara berhak dan wajib iut serta dalam upaya
pembelaan negara.
