Concerned officials, faculty and staff act promptly on requests of the

students.

The College of Nursing Facilitates requests upon formal

communication addressed to the concerned official or through filling-up

forms (such as borrowers card, activity permit, request slip, etc.).

Example: Communication on Research Approval and Emergency and

Disaster Approval.
