D. The Institution has Academic and Administrative Councils
which exercise their powers and perform their functions
objectively as mandated in the University/College Charter.
The Academic Council (AC).The AC so formed and constituted in
each of the chartered SUC shall have the following powers, in
accordance with Sec. 4, Par (0) & (V) of RA 8292, to wit:
Determine, review, recommend for approval of its GB the course
offerings of the Institution.
Devise, draft, review and recommend for approval of its GB
Composition of the University Academic Council:
Chairman and Presiding Officer : University President
Members : Vice President
Campus Executive Directors
NSTP Coordinator
Director for Instruction
