Premier Pallet Racking maintains and guarantees
comprehensive insurance coverage, including:

• PUBLIC LIABILITY
• PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
• WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Additionally, our installation sub-contractors
provide General Public Liability and Workers’
Compensation Insurance documentation, along
with OH&S compliance, prior to commencing any
on-site work.

DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD
As part of our commitment to quality, SSI
SCHAEFER offers a 2-year defects liability period
on all storage equipment, in line with Premier’s
standard Terms and Conditions of Supply.

ONGOING SERVICE & REPAIRS
With a national presence and warehouses located
in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, Premier
ensures prompt service and support for racking
repairs, continued support and maintenance.

AUDITS
Premier conducts comprehensive Pallet Racking
Audits across Australia, ensuring full compliance
with AS4084: 2023 Australian Standards. This
ensures the ongoing safety, compliance and
performance of your storage systems.

SUPPORT
Our extensive stock inventory allows us to quickly
address urgent needs, and our dedicated repair
team is available 24/7 to attend to on-site racking
requirements.
