               WHEAT/NUTS/GRAIN- Now the grain group is tricky because that’s naturally grown as well.
               I’m talking shit like wheat, oats, and nuts. The problem is yall barely see these things unless they
               are mixed in with other shit like yeast, flour, and sugar which makes the things we normally eat
               like pasta, bread, cereal, and beer. The best thing you can do is just eat the healthiest version of
               those things and I got examples below. Now the shit probably won’t taste good but it’s the best
               you can do. You can always mix this food group with something, I put nuts in my smoothies. I
               don’t just sit around eating that shit by itself. Those were the 3 healthiest food groups now let’s
               get to the least healthy of the groups.
