A 50000 people party in Haikou
It was November 16 and 17 in 2019, I went to
Haikou for Hua chenyu’s Mars concert. The
concert was located in Wuyuanhe Stadium with
a capacity of fifty thousands people.The first day
I was seating in the first row in the infield of the
stadium and the second day in the stands. The
stadium is huge, and full of people. The infield
audiences are in plastic chairs on a temporary
stand made of steels, the stand is built because
the stage is a bit too high from the ground.
The girl and her seating next to me was not
Hua’s fans, they came because their friends
who are his fans have some emergencies and
cannot came. The girl was two or three years
younger than me, and during the concert she
asked me many questions about the songs,
and she record videos with me. “Wow! this
song is great! What is the name of it again?” “I
like this melody! It’s my style, I would like to
download this song in my phone after the
concert!” “Can you sent the video of this song
to me on my Wechat? My phone is out of
charge…” She is quite cute and sociable,
always has a lot to say.
On everyone’s chair there was a CNC light
stick that is used for the first time in China. And
my seat is 3-5 meters from the stage. Between
the audiences and the stage was the railing and
the channels for the staffs, and many sound
equipments.
There was a grandma in her fifties seating
next to me on my left side, and the aisle was on
my right side. There are thousands of audiences
seating next to me and behind me, with light
stick in there hands swinging frequently,
holding there phones or cameras in the other
hand and people screaming or singing along
with Hua chenyu. And the second day I was
seating in the stands which is on the “middle of
the mountain”. On the stand I can’t see Hua so
close but I can see the whole stage and the
amazing lighting. That is what I can’t see in the
infield and is also so amazing, the lights change
and some times there are pictures in the light.
The chair was better on the stand and there are
more people, lights and screaming around me.
The color of the light sticks is sometimes red,
sometimes blue, sometimes white and
sometime like a rainbow. The color changes and
sometimes it can use different colors to show
words. It was sooooo cool, and the best kind
that I have ever seen.
That was two very cool and amazing nights,
and I will never forget them.
