Hotel Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The hotel will charge the credit card a deposit for the
first night room and tax. Deposits are subject to forfeit if rooms are not canceled by the cancellation
date. Please reserve only the number of rooms you need for the time you expect to stay. When an
excessive number of rooms are reserved and later canceled, this prevents other participants from
reserving accommodations within the group block.

housing agencies, not affiliated with NPGA, contacting participants. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized com-
