he Alabama LP-Gas Board held its
quarterly meeting on October 5,
2023, at 770 South McDonough
T eet, Montgomery, Alabama. It was

undoubtedly bittersweet that we bid a fond
farewell to a long-time fixture in the LP gas
industry. Board member Ken Coker has not
only retired from the LPGB but also from the
industry. His wisdom and expertise will truly be
missed. He made a difference during his many
years on the board in his various roles and the
industry he loves. In other news, at the meeting,
the following permits were approved and fines
levied:
