2024-2025 ALABAMA REGULATOR REPLACEMENT
REBATE PROGRAM GUIDELINES
This program is available on purchases on or after October 1, 2024
until September 19, 2025 or funds are depleted, whichever comes first.
I. Purpose
The purpose of the Alabama Propane Gas Association’s (APGA) 2024-2025 Alabama Regulator
Replacement Rebate Program is to encourage replacement of regulators 15 years old or older or a single
stage regulator. A $50 rebate will be available for propane marketers who follow the guidelines and submit
a completed application form for the replacement regulator. The application and required safety
information must be submitted and approved before the rebate will be distributed.
II. Availability of Funds
A. This program is funded from rebate monies allotted by the Alabama LP Gas Board to the Alabama
Propane Gas Association.
B. The Alabama Regulator Replacement Rebate Program shall be capped at $5,000.00. The 100 rebates
will be available to participating propane marketers on a first-come, first serve basis. However, when there
are only 10 rebates remaining, participating propane marketers will be notified and at that point, marketers
will be required to obtain a PO from APGA to secure funds.
III. Eligibility
A. Marketers: Alabama propane marketers who are licensed by the Alabama LP Gas Board to operate in
Alabama and who have completed the attached participation form are eligible to participate. The
participating propane marketer is responsible for documenting that an eligible regulator replacement has
been performed and that a safety inspection (see specific details in Section V.D.) has been completed.
Participating propane marketers are responsible for submitting the completed rebate application to APGA
for consideration. Checks will be issued to the participating propane marketer.
IV. Eligible Installations

application.
