            Two Marketer Seats on the PERC Council Are Avail-
            able

                   Due to professional transitions of two PERC
            Councilors holding marketer seats, two new PERC
            Councilor positions are open for immediate occupa-
            tion.  Accordingly, NPGA’s PERC Selection Commit-
            tee will be considering applications for two interim
            marketer seats.  Only individuals working for propane
            marketers are eligible to apply for the marketer seats.

            White House Issues Medium- and Heavy-Duty Truck,
            Parts, and Bus Tariffs

                   Effective November 1, 2025, the U.S. will
            implement a 25% tariff on imported medium- and
            heavy-duty trucks and their parts and covered buses
