NY STATE SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE AWARD
For the second year in a row Notre Dame Jugglers have received the NYSPHSAA
School of Excellence Award. This recognition highlights the dedication and hard
work of our students, athletes, and educators in maintaining high academic stan-
dards while excelling in athletics. Eight of our varsity teams received the Scholar-
Athlete team award this year. We are incredibly proud of our student-athletes
achievements!
At the end of each sports season, the NYSPHSAA honors those teams and individuals that excel in the classroom.
Those student-athletes, teams, and schools work very hard throughout the year and deserve to be recognized for
their academic success.
To receive Scholar-Athlete team recognition with a certificate, the team’s average GPA for 75% of the roster must
be greater than or equal to 90.00.

FOOTBALL IS BACK ON COACH BEN RIZZO FIELD
The varsity football team played their Homecoming Game on our home field.
It was great to be back home on Coach Ben Rizzo Field again with the necessary upgrades to our bleachers com-
plete. Thank you to all our donors to our Athletic Renovation Fund for making this possible!
ELLA TRINKAUS REACHES 1,000 POINTS
Ella Trinkaus, ND ‘26, daughter of Jason and Beth Durr, ND ‘94 Trinkaus, achieved Section III Girls Varsity Basket-
ball Players 1000 points this season. She also pitched her 500th strikeout as a Varsity Softball pitcher. It is no
wonder Ella was named Tri Valley League MVP, CNY Girls Small School Basketball Player of the Year and Female
