                      Family Navigation: Your Gifts at Work

        Fred’s story is a powerful example of the impact of Family

        Navigation. Fred lives at the LINK at Sunset Apartments -
        a community centered, inclusive apartment building that

        connects  people  of  all  abilities  in  an  environment  that

        promotes independence and meaningful interaction. Fred
        quickly  became  a  friendly  face  to  Kelberman  staff.  They



        noticed  he  might  benefit  from  additional  support  and

        gently offered resources. At first, Fred wasn’t ready, and we


        respected that.
        Our Family Navigator stayed connected through community


        events,  check-ins,  and  shared  conversations.  Over  time,

        that foundation grew stronger. One day, Fred walked into



        our Administrative Offices and proclaimed, “I’m ready!” to
        our Family Navigator.
        And so, the journey began. Our Family Navigator connected
