The recent Discover-U graduation was a celebration of achievement, growth and accomplishment! The
power of collaboration between Kelberman and Utica University has resulted in a unique internship
program providing the opportunity to develop
work readiness skills in a real-world setting while
receiving support and guidance toward success.
Throughout the 2024-2025 academic year, Kelberman
interns made a lasting impact across various departments
at Utica University, gaining hands-on experience in
maintenance, food service, television broadcasting, and
e-sports. Their contributions were not only valuable to
the university, but also instrumental in building their own
confidence, independence and career preparedness.
At the graduation ceremony, Utica University
President Todd Pfannestiel spoke of the incredible
work that Kelberman interns performed, highlighting
how their dedication and enthusiasm enriched
the campus community. Their success serves as a
testament to what is possible through opportunity!

Since opening its doors in 1992, Scalzo, Zogby & Wittig, Inc. has stood as a
pillar of community spirit in the Mohawk Valley. From its earliest days, the
agency embraced a mission far beyond providing insurance, dedicating
itself to giving back and strengthening the well-being of the entire region.
For over three decades, whether through sponsorships, donations,
or hands-on engagement, Scalzo, Zogby & Wittig, Inc. has supported
countless local organizations, including Kelberman. Scalzo, Zogby & Wittig,
Inc.has been a proud Walk for Autism sponsor since the early 2000s,
contributing tens of thousands of dollars to support programs at Kelberman.
Agency President Steve Zogby reflects on how autism awareness has grown over
the years. “Today, nearly everyone has a connection - whether it’s a family member,
friend, or neighbor,” he says. “Thanks to education and outreach from Kelberman,
our community now understands autism in ways we never imagined thirty years ago.”
Steve and his team are incredibly proud that a world-class center for autism services exists
here in Utica. Pictured left with Josh, Kelberman Influencer, he’s witnessed firsthand how
Kelberman has transformed lives, providing support, hope and opportunity to individuals
and families throughout the region. The agency has been especially moved by the opening
of Kelberman’s Sunset Avenue location, rooted in the heart of the community it serves.
The Zogby legacy continues through Steve’s sons, Adam and Harrison (pictured top left to right), who now work alongside
their father at the agency. Together, they carry on a strong family tradition of supporting local causes that make a real
impact. Kelberman has held a special place in their hearts from the very beginning.
