PROPOSAL NOTES AND INFORMATION
1. Pricing is good for as long as the quotes provided to us allow
2. Freight is calculated based on the quotes and formulas provided to us and subject to change
3. Upholstery specified is presumed to have been tested and approved. Any testing needed is at the
expense of the Client
4. As stated, Delivery and Installation is quoted normal business hours for all furniture. Any changes will result
in possible price change
5. Sizes were changed to represent the closest standard sizes per the CAD files
*PRIOR TO ORDER, QUANTITIES, FINISHES, ETC. TO BE REVIEWED AND VERIFIED BY END USER, DESIGN FIRM, AND
