RFP RESPONSES

• We agree to hold pricing for 90 days after submitted and will
guarantee our discount structure for 12 months but cannot

guarantee the actual sell price per unit

• Our proposal has both images of actual products or renderings
for visual purposes. Not all images are exact, but pricing is

project we are not able to provide typical and C-Suite mock-ups
or multiple categories of workstation typical’s

• Upon selection as the awarded dealer, we will be available for
all meetings and coordinate with all necessary trades to ensure a

to provide all items, so we provided alternative products for

• JC White cannot guarantee on-time manufacturing. We can
order items once signed and deposits provided, we will work
with our manufacturing partners to provide timely deliveries

• JC White will provide and meet the requirements for a successful
installation and will protect the areas we install furniture and

upon completion we will wipe down all installed furniture, confirm
no damage has been done, and will remove all debris. If we are

required to go back to a completed area for any modifications
to the installed plans or to wipe down furniture due to other
trades working behind us, additional labor costs will apply
