Thank you and your team for allowing us the opportunity to present to you the JC White / Haworth solution for your client Spirit Airlines. We are honored to be the Basis of

Design and we hope you find our interactive digital proposal filled with all the information you need to move forward with us. With the Award of this project, another
significant milestone in the 10 plus year relationship between Spirit Airlines and JC White relationship will occur.

On behalf of all the employees at JC White, we truly appreciate the ability to continue our relationship. Our main company goal is to always strive to exceed the
performance expectations of both Spirit and JLL to continue this long-standing relationship.

In anticipation of any award we would be given, I have assembled a JC White team to manage this project. Our team would include myself as your main point of
contact, Debra Zobel as your project coordinator, Neftali Cintron as your field project manager and Vanessa Rueda as your an in-house designer.

We have priced all the typicals and tables per your instructions. In addition, we are providing an alternative manufacturers offering for you to compare costs. All areas
include the complete complement of product needed and are reflected in the floor plans provided to us.

Most importantly, product aside, it is the people that will execute the plan that count the most and no one has the support and expertise like our employees at JC
White. We truly hope we are given a long look because we feel, the longer you look, the better we look.
