The Enlisted Manning Cycle
(EMC) Pilot Program:

ONLY! 36Bs are going thru a
pilot program which merges / SFC Park
decreases Enlisted Manning
Cycle(s) (EMC) from four to two cycles. This
pilot program will last at least 12-18 months.
Starting EMC 26-03, there will be no XX-02 or XX-
04 EMC. Below is new EMC timeline for 36B:
