FROM THE FCA PRESIDENT
Greeting FCA members and Finance Corps family,
Looking ahead, the Finance Corps FCA Regimental Week 2025 is scheduled
for April 23-26, and planning is already underway. The Regimental Ball will be
held on April 25, 2025, at the 1917 Club, (formerly the Noncommissioned
Officer Club) in Fort Jackson, SC. Additionally, we are organizing an exciting
golf tournament and exploring innovative ideas to make this Regimental Week
truly historic for our Corps.
Please mark your calendars and reserve your rooms now to ensure that this CSM (R) Penn
Regimental Week is the
Regimental Week is the most memorable one yet. The FCA will host this year's event, and your
active participation is essential for its success. Below are the scheduled events for Regimental
Week:
1. Wednesday, April 23, 2025: Finance Corps Association events kick off with the Icebreaker
and General Membership meeting at the 1917 Club (former NCO club) location at 5700 Lee
Rd., starting at 5:30 PM ET. Enjoy comradery, food, and drinks; witness awards
presentations, and have the opportunity to purchase FCA SWAG.
2. Thursday, April 24, 2025: FCA Social Jam at the American Legion, 200 Pickens St #6,
Columbia, SC 29205, starting at 6:00 PM EST. Join us for food, drinks, dancing, and card
playing.
3. Friday morning, April 25, 2025 (Tentative): Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (Location and
time TBD).
4. Friday, April 25, 2025: Finance Corps and Regimental Ball at the Noncommissioned Officer's
Club, Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Tickets will be on sale soon – don't miss out!
5. Saturday, April 26, 2025: Famous Annual Finance Corps Association Cookout (Location
TBD).
6. Saturday, April 26, 2025: Relaunch of the FCA Golf Tournament. Fort Jackson Golf course
(more details to follow).
Time is running out, so please submit your nominations for the Hall of Fame and other awards for
truly deserving members. Remember to review the nomination criteria before submitting any
awards. You can find the award criteria on the FCA website at https://www.fincorps.org/awards.
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to our valued FCA members for your steadfast
dedication and support of our Association. Let us continue to strengthen the FCA and the Financial
Management Community while staying true to our motto: "To Support and Serve."
On behalf of the FCA staff and Executive Council members, I wish you and your families a merry
Christmas and a prosperous New Year! We also extend a special holiday wish and our continued
prayers for our deployed Soldiers worldwide.
