326th Financial Management Support Center

The Senior Enlisted Advisors from the 326th FMSC and 9th FMSU spearheaded the development
and implementation of a competitive board within the Finance and Comptroller functional area in
support of the Strong Soldiers, Strong Sergeants initiative. This board was intended to evaluate
and enhance technical skills across five competencies. In addition, competitors were tested on
Finance Corps history, reciting the Finance Corps song, and knowledge of currently events.
Participants competed from all components throughout the CENTCOM AOR. Those form the
outstations were allowed to compete through virtual means using Teams.
