(a) Receiver notice in such cases where the Board of Directors determines it is reasonable to provide
advance notice to such Member prior to such suspension, denial of privileges or termination that the
Member's conduct or circumstances may result in such action.
(b) Written notification will contain the grounds for such suspension, denial of privileges or termination
and the terms thereof.
(c) Submit any documentation or materials to the Board of Directors for their consideration. Such
documentation shall be presented in advance of a meeting with the Board of Directors to present the
Member's case.
(d) Meet with the Board of Directors, at such time and place as may be reasonably determined by the Board
of Directors, and present to the Board of Directors reasons for determining that the suspension, denial of
privileges or termination is not appropriate; provided, however, that the Board of Directors shall, in
accordance with this Article 14, make all determinations with respect to suspensions, denials of privileges
or terminations.
