ABSTRACT.

The condition of dandruff produces an annoying situation from the healthy and
aesthetic point of view. The objective of this project is to offer a new product to the

market thinking about the needs of people who suffer from this condition, but in an
effective and natural way with the purpose of preventing, controlling and eliminating

dandruff.

To carry out the project, a review of scientific and informative articles about the

properties of the ingredients contained in the product has been carried out, in
addition to a qualitative and quantitative market study to find out the opinion of the

target audience. A virtual survey was applied to a sample of 117 people to know the

acceptance of the product. Tests were also carried out when applying the spray to
people with dandruff to verify its effectiveness.

The application and reaction of the product were monitored for 15 days and good

results were obtained when verifying its effectiveness and that it does not have

harmful effects on people's health.

Currently, people are aware of the products they use and the ingredients they are
made of, which is why they demand a natural and ecological cosmetic, which is safe

for their health.
