3. Check the cigarette lighter IN
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector G002 of cigar lighter. DI
c. Use a multimeter to measure the conductivity between
G002 1# and 2# terminals. EG
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value TR
G002(1)-G002(2) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4. ST
No > replace the cigarette lighter assembly.
4. Check the cigarette lighter earth circuit BR
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector G002 of cigar lighter. BW
c. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between G002
1# terminal and earthing. EL
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
G002(1)- grounding About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes> retest the above steps.
No > Repair or replace the earth wire harness.
