9 . Install the windscreen assembly.
(a) Apply black polyurethane glass sealant on
the specified area with sealant gun.

CAUTION

Don't apply too much glass sealant. If apply the
sealant on the non-specified area by accident,
remove it with cloth before it's dried.

(b) Install the windscreen assembly.
• Mount the windscreen assembly with
sucker in place as illustrated.
• Check and confirm the contact surface
of the windscreen edge is flat.
• Align the mark on the windscreen with
the body.
(c) Install the windscreen assembly. 82
• Before installation, remove the
adhesive sheet on the windscreen
interior trim sealant.
• Mount the windscreen with sucker as
marked and gently press the edge.
• Gently press the front surface of the
windscreen to ensure close
attachment.
• If necessary, adjust the level or position
of sealant application with scraper.
• Hold the windscreen with tape until the
applied sealant is dried.

CAUTION

Remove the tape after at least 4 hours. Check
and confirm the windscreen stop block is
installed in the body in place. Check the
clearance between the body and the windscreen.
