Principal’s Desk 04 Perhaps they started to have a more empathetic
view of the AEDC after the visit.

Physics Educational Trip 08 ometimes, our decisions are predetermined or influenced by our emo-

tions and perhaps our presumptions, or maybe our perspectives. The
Parentpreneur 14 Squestion is; have you ever formed opinions or taken decisions on any
of the premises that are mentioned above, and maybe found out later that
you were actually wrong? If yes, how did you feel about it? I just asked be-
Medical Corner 16 cause there is something about AEDC and I have my opinion of them but I

would leave you to review your own later.
Term Dates 19 The Physics students had this experience earlier this week when they paid

a visit to the AEDC office in Abuja. Perhaps they started to have a more em-
Calendar 20 pathetic view of the AEDC after the visit. However, beyond that, the more
important reason for going there is to learn. The articles and pictures on

pages 8-11 will let you into how much they did learn.

                Urgh, Harmattan again!
Could that be your expression at the thought of finding yourself in this
weather? It comes with a lot of dry wind, dust, cough, flu and maybe some
other associated discomforts. Anyway, it is not all bad. After all, your laundry
dries quickly too. Well, for the uncomfortable part of the harmattan weath-
er, the Medical Corner this week teaches some harmattan hacks. You will
                find it on pages 16-17.

As usual, there are other bits and pieces of information that would add co-
lour to the pages that you flip. However, they will remain dormant until you
open the pages of this week’s Regent Digest. Every page is worth digesting.
