The children are still learning about the world around them. At this stage,
their capacity for learning is high, making it ideal to begin learning a second
language.
Frank Smith said, “One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages
open every door along the way.”
French club immersion not only equals but frequently surpasses their mono-
lingual counterparts in English proficiency.
This week in French club, we learned about different flavours of ice cream
and expressed our preferences for using them.
The French clubbers had fun saying their preferred ice cream flavours in
French and tasted it.
