he four Houses in the school battled last Friday to
pass their crucial messages to the entire school.
It was the second term’s House Assembly Com-
T petition, and each House had its assigned theme
to relate to the whole assembly in their respective ways.
When you flip to pages 8-14 you would be able to get
a good grasp of the message, which, of course, is very
beneficial to the quality of human existence.
The Regent College has another important message to
pass across this week. Please, read to understand how it
is to survive, learn and grow at The Regent College.
Hydration is a life-sustaining act for humans, so we are
advised to drink enough water, but how much water is
‘enough’? That means, we should not drink too little and
we should not drink too much. The Medical Corner edu-
cates us on the right amount of water to drink. You will
find the article on Pages 20-21.
