The Orca class has been immersing themselves in the study of Orcas over the past few

weeks. The children have identified Orcas’ body parts, their diet, habitat, and how they
use echolocation for communication. They also learned how blubber helps keep them
warm.

To make the lessons more engaging, the children demonstrated how Orcas use

echolocation to communicate, find food, and navigate the ocean. Additionally, we
experimented with how blubber helps Orcas stay warm in the sea.

Overall, it has been a rewarding and enjoyable journey of learning about Orcas.
