Our adventure took us on an exploration journey inside the body. Knowing about the human
body’s main organs is a crucial life skill that will give children confidence in many aspects of
life. Children will understand the benefits of movement so much better if they know about
the different parts of the body and what they need to function well. We learnt songs and ex-
plored body vests of body parts such as the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, stomach, and more.
