ily and I had been inseparable, our friendship an unbreakable

thread woven through years of shared laughter, whispered secrets,
L and endless adventures. We understood each other in a way no
one else could, our souls mirroring the other’s thoughts and emotions. But
all of that came crashing down on a chilling evening when I received a
                     phone call from Lily’s parents.

"Emily… she’s gone," her mother’s voice trembled, barely above a whisper.

She said she was going to see you, but she never came back."
My breath caught in my throat. "That’s not possible," I said, gripping the
phone tighter. "We… we fought that day. She wouldn’t have—" My words
trailed off as confusion clouded my mind.

Lily had been missing for two months—vanishing without a trace.
Her parents were desperate, their voices hollow with grief. The search
stretched on, hope dwindling with each passing day. Her parents, once
relentless in their pursuit of answers, eventually resigned themselves to

sorrow. But I couldn’t accept it. Then, the signs began to appear.
