his year’s Inter-House Dance amazing, and what I’m most proud of
Competition was honestly one of is how far we came and how much we
the best we’ve had in school. Every grew through the process. And honestly,
T house brought their A-game, and watching the other houses perform was just

For Benue House, it was a moment we’ll
never forget. We came first in both the
Contemporary and Nigerian categories,
and came second in the Group category.

But getting there definitely wasn’t easy.

At the start, trying to convince people to join
was a struggle. Some were nervous about
performing, others weren’t sure they had
the time. Then came the stress of sorting
out costumes and making sure rehearsals
happened consistently. There were times
when it felt like we wouldn’t make it.

But somehow, we pulled through, with the
help of 10 Benue, other students who put in
all the effort needed, and all the teachers
that helped along the line.
What really made the difference was
the teamwork. Everyone started showing
up with energy, learning the steps, and
supporting each other. Winning felt
